Heat-x Air2Air
Heat-x Air2Air is a new innovation in our portfolio, aimed at industrial dryers and waste gas. The hot, used air from the process is purified using cyclone technology, separating the air from waste. The purified air is subsequently exchanged with fresh incoming air. This allows for energy savings of up to 25-35% of original input at full power.

Heat-x Air E
Heat-x Air E is a heat exchanger unit applied to hot airflows. The unit cools uitgoing air and uses that recovered heat to heat fluids up to 60⁰C. The Heat-x Air E is most commonly applied to steam- and gas-driven wringers with an outgoing airflow that is normally emitted while still hot.
The Heat-x Air E can achieve energy savings between 15-20% of the original input. Combined with our plug-in technology, an ideal balance can be reached between fossil and renewable energy.

Heat-x Air C
The Heat-x Air C is a condensating heat exchanger unit applied to outgoing flue gasses of installations such as gas-powered wringers. The unit cools flue gasses, activating a condensation-effect, upgrading any suitable installation to a high-efficiency machine.
The Heat-x Air C attains energy savings between 15-20% of the original input. Process fluids are heated using residual heat and as a result, input energy is applied in a smarter, more efficient manner. Combined with our plug-in technology, an ideal balance can be reached between fossil and renewable energy.

EMS Rotor
The EMS Rotor is a waste water heat exchanger capable of cooling down waste water and reusing its heat for heating process water. The rotating heat exchanger is self-cleaning, reducing the required amount of maintenance. The self-cleaning properties of the heat exchanger make the EMS Rotor suitable even for heavily polluted waste water.
