In the beautiful coastal town on the North Sea, Great Yarmouth in England, TBR, through CHRISTEYNS UK, has supplied Camplings Laundry with 6 units of HX AirC and HX AirE, including controls, for Factory 6. This allows the recovery of 25-30% of energy from the exhaust air of the ironers. With this recovery, approximately 200 tons of CO2 per year are reduced.
HX AirC and HX AirE
The HX AirC and HX AirE are air-water heat exchangers connected to irons and steam boilers. This enables the exchange of high-quality energy from the exhaust air with process water. This technique is an extension of existing technologies and is highly suitable for further heating process water.
HX Collector and HG ZeroSteamHW
At Camplings, all HX AirCs and HX AirEs are connected to the HG ZeroSteamHW. The HX ZeroSteamHW is an integrated plug-and-play system for the preparation of process water. The installation allows for the highly efficient heating of water up to 95°C and storage in the HX Collector. All the energy we reuse from the ironers contributes to heating process water, thereby reducing the use of fossil fuels. Recognize this? Feel free to contact us and see what you can save!
